About the Exhibition:

Loch Gallery is pleased to announce the opening of David Thauberger's exhibition of fifteen New Paintings in Toronto on view from February 1st to February 19th, 2014.

The artist will be present Saturday, February 8th from 2-5pm.

Thauberger, born in Holdfast, Saskatchewan in 1948 is well known across Canada for his paintings of vernacular architecture and cultural icons. These works of popular culture and postcard images involve an articulate debate on art, culture, and how we view our world transcending regionalism while still capturing the heart of what it means to be from Saskatchewan.

Please note that all works are subject to pre-sale as the paintings have now arrived in the gallery and are ready for viewing. If you have an interest in any of the paintings listed in the exhibition, please let us know at your earliest convenience.

With kindest regards,

Alan Loch
