Complete art rental and leasing program.Our rental and leasing programs are a convenient and economical way for clients to build art collections for home or office. The rental and lease agreements are made directly between our clients and Loch Gallery. No outside leasing or finance company is involved. Any single work of art or art collection with a combined value of $1000.00 or over may be leased or rented.Art ConsultationSince 1972, Loch Gallery has prided itself in advising clients on what should be considered when establishing a collection of art. The fundamental rules never change; when building a collection of art, it is quality and not quantity that is important.Professional restoration of oil paintings and works of art on paper.Loch Gallery is experienced in assessing the condition of artworks and recommending necessary treatments. Our fine art conservation and restoration professionals are expertly trained with years of experience. They clean, restore and skillfully remedy the more complicated issues of art restoration.Art evaluation and appraisals.Since 1972, collectors, businesses, institutions and estates have relied on us for appraisals for a wide variety of purposes including insurance, tax, charitable donations, financial and estate planning. Our years of experience make us particularly adept at interpreting comparable sales, both public and private.Custom picture framing service.Frames are an important part of pictures and are often times overlooked. Loch Gallery offers the finest authentic antique frame designs, handcrafted replicas of antique frame mouldings and custom created patterns through our suppliers. Loch Gallery can also assist in repairing and refinishing old and damaged frames. With an expert knowledge of framing artisans and traditions the gallery assists clients in obtaining fine period and reproduction frames which best suit the character of their painting.Are you an art collector or thinking of starting a collection?We represent original 19th and 20th century Canadian artwork of collectable and historic interest, as well as a select group of gifted professional artists from across the country.
